Ministry of  New  &  Renewable Energy (  Solar  Energy Group)   require  certification from chartered  engineer on Annexure I  attached with  the application for availing concessional  customs duty (  CCDC)  and exemption of excise  duty for setting up  Solar Thermal &  Photovoltaic  Power Generation Project

This  certificate has to be issued by the CHARTERED  ENGINEER
